"I called and we scheduled an appointment. Christine was there waiting for me with a list of apartments that I had said I was interested in then Peter took me over to see the apartments. After this I ended up in a great building with a great landlord and after a hectic search it was finally over. If I had started with Zikos from the beginning it wouldn't have been a stressful search. If you're looking to live in the Astoria area contact Peter and Christine to help with your search. They're friendly, helpful and look out for your best interests."

"I've dealt with some other brokers in the past that were pushy and didn't take the time to listen to what I wanted in an apartment, but with Zikos, there was none of that. From the very first call and visit, Harry and Christine listened to my needs and showed me apartments that were in my price range, instead of above it, and that had features I was looking for. I never felt pressured while looking through the different apartments that I was shown. Overall, a very good experience."

"I'll second all the other 5 star ratings here: we had a terrific experience finding our apartment though Zikos Realty. After the usual Craigslist searching for a new apartment in Astoria, a friend recommended we try Zikos, and we weren't disappointed. We worked with Harry Zikos, who helped us find exactly the apartment we were looking for at a good price, was always up- front and honest, and always reachable with any questions or concerns we have. If we ever need a new place (and hopefully we won't any time soon!), I'd definitely go through Zikos again!"

"Athena at Zikos Realty is about the best you can find as far as brokers go! I came to her after 2 terrible experiences with other Astoria brokerages. She went above and beyond to understand my situation (my roommate and I are both performers, therefore don't make enough money to rent on our own without guarantors). Athena kept me calm, assuring me that she would do whatever she could to help, even though it was only about 10 days before I had to be out of my apartment. She listened to my concerns, and even met with my roommate separately from me due to our conflicting work schedules. Ultimately, we did not secure an apartment through Zikos Realty, but not at the fault of Athena or Zikos Realty. When I return to NYC after a national tour, Athena is the first person I'm calling to find a great Astoria apartment! "

"I lucked out. The first place they showed me was amazing and I ended up taking it. They were very nice and accommodating. My landlord wanted two months deposit and they talked him back down to one for me. When I was sitting waiting, they gave me greek pastry! I'd much rather support them than a pushy broker from a big real estate chain."
